🛍️ General

 

Mama Magic offers handmade, custom snow globe tumblers created with care and intention. By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

 

 

 

✨ Handmade & Custom Orders

 

All cups are handmade and customized after your order is placed.

Once your order is submitted:

  • You are added to the live creation lineup
  • Your cup is made on live, customized just for you
  • Because of the custom nature, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless damaged or defective..

Each cup is one of a kind. Minor variations in glitter, color, and design are normal and part of the handmade process.

⏳ Processing & Shipping

 

Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary due to order volume.

Once your order ships:

  • Tracking information will be provided
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order
  • Once USPS receives your package, address changes are out of our control

Mama Magic is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages caused by the carrier.

 

 

📦 Returns & Damages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

Approved issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

☕ Product Care & Use

Magic Mama Cups are intended for:

  • Cold or room-temperature beverages only
  • Not microwave safe
  • Hand wash only

Improper care or use may result in damage and voids responsibility.
