• Each cup is handmade, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to carefully prepare your order.

Shipping Times:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout

• Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number emailed to you as soon as it ships

Holiday / Seasonal Orders

• Please place orders 2–3 weeks before the holiday to ensure timely delivery.

• Limited edition items may sell out quickly — first come, first served!

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship to the U.S.

• We hope to offer international shipping in the near future!

Lost or Damaged Packages:

 

• Contact us within 7 days if your package is lost or damaged.

• Include a photo of the damage if applicable. We will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
